Delivery time
PrincesSpa Extensions are exclusively produced for you with highest quality standards. Some products we have always on stock in specific colors and lengths. F.e. our test strands are always available in all standard colors. The delivery time within Germany is 1-2 working days. While ordering the test strands you can already leave us a comment on which product/color/length/structure you are interested in.
As soon as you place your order and we do not have the specific item on stock we will place this order directly on the same day in our production planning. The production can take between 5-10 working days (production time). The delivery time in Germany is around 6-12 working days. For orders outside of Germany, please add to the production time following delivery times:

The estimated delivery time (including production time) will be displayed during the ordering process. As soon as the product is in delivery you will receive information about the delivery status from DHL.
