If you are a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, so that you can revoke your contract declaration in accordance with the following instructions:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Prin-Spa, Am Mühlberg 20, 93077 Bad Abbach, Germany, e-mail: Caroline.scheil@gmx.de, tel.: 015125281950) by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have you receive all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us)to repay immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of them which is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Tip
The goods should, if possible, be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Please use a protective outer packaging if the original packaging is no longer available to ensure adequate protection against any transport damage. Damage and contamination to the item to be returned should be avoided. We would like to point out that the right of withdrawal and its consequences naturally exist irrespective of the observance of this notice, it serves only a facilitated handling of the return.
